Document process for private endpoint exemption request #166

  1. After the first iteration with initial client, list the steps that were taken and should become the process to go through a private endpoint exemption
  2. Review with PO and team
  3. Publish internally (CPF Scrum Team > 7 > Azure LZ).
  4. Create follow-up tickets for technical documentation.
