As we onboard more Ministry Teams, we are starting to establish a standardized support process, where users are required to open JIRA tickets for issues within the platform.
Some of these support tickets may result in required changes to the Azure platform (ie. changing or updating a firewall rule).
Therefore, to assist the Platform Administrators team in creating new platform tickets, we should create GitHub/ZenHub Issue templates that can be used to template the request. This will ensure that all the required details are collected.
