Description

Configure the first draft of CI/CD for the LZ core forge

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Configure OIDC authentication with the Azure service principal (enterprise application)
[ ] Pull request workflow on any branch
- Terraform fmt check, validate, plan
[ ] Push/merge workflow on main
- Terraform fmt check, validate, apply
[ ] Document the workflows and the repo structure
