Description:
Create a heartbeat page for Geomark as described below.
- Request: "http://apps.gov.bc.ca/pub/geomark/geomarks/gm-abcdefghijklmnopqrstuv0bcislands.json?srid=4326"
- Output format: JSON
- Parameters (from response header) to save to textfile (beyond date and time)

-- X-Kong-Upstream-Latency:
- Also record http response code (200 vs. 404 / 500)
- Record parameters to textfile as "Gateway Latency" and "Network Latency" respectively
- 1 axis for latency
- 1 axis for http response code
Deliverables:
Python script used to submit requests and parse responses from APIs
Note: A new python script will need to be written as the response parsing may be different. The existing python script can be used as a start.
