Replace favicon for Viewer #71

Within the CKAN extension (API console viewer) replace the swagger tab icon with the BC gov icon.

@banders @ll911 @Darv72 The BC Gov't Favicon.ico file for the API console tab can be acquired at the following web content dev page, or directly at this link.

@BK01 I replaced the default swagger-ui favicon with the bcgov favicon. My pull request has been merged into ckanext-openapiviewer.

DataBC preparing to deploy

Old favicon still in place. DataBC to re-deploy cad.data again to resolve.
