Request URL not shown in API Console #95

Current API consoles in BCDC (PROD) do not show the request URL snippet -click here for example-, only the response body and response header are shown.

@banders @ll911 Experiencing issues displaying the request URL in API console.

@BK01 @ll911 I created a patch that restores the Request URL and the Curl command.

The patch has been merged into the bcgov repo. Feel free to redeploy in CAD at your convenience.
