Deploy/update the production deployment for traction to the latest released code.

The production instance of Traction should connect ONLY (for now) to CANdy PROD (endorser DID: LTNyw5R14J66CrF7tmV3i8, genesis URL: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ICCS-ISAC/dtrust-reconu/main/CANdy/prod/pool_transactions_genesis).

Traction prod has been deployed on October 23rd.
