Goal

Configuration and deployment of infrastructure resources should be automated.

Scoped components:

Traction Databases
VC-AuthN-OIDC Agent Databases
Shared monitoring backend components (Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Minio)
Shared monitoring collection components (Grafana Agent/Alloy)
