Create status and SLA pages in uptime.com

Once our monitors have been migrated to uptime.com create status pages for them. We can have 2 status pages. An internal and a public one. Monitors on the pages can be grouped and categorized for organization.

Examples of out current status pages:

• https://uptime.vonx.io/
• https://dev.uptime.vonx.io/
• https://test.uptime.vonx.io/
• https://prod.uptime.vonx.io/
• https://candy.uptime.neoterictech.ca/

We will need to group and categorize the monitors to mimic the functionality we're getting out of the separate status pages right now.

• https://ditp.uptime.vonx.io/
• https://ditp.sla.vonx.io/

All of the old *.uptime.vonx.io URLs redirect to the new https://ditp.uptime.vonx.io/ status page now.
