Rename rocket.chat channels and repositories #43

Review existing von- rocket.chat channels and repositories. Look at the impact of renaming them; replacing the von- prefix with ditp-. FOr repositories it would be best to migrate away from any prefixes and use tags instead.

Start by identifying the affected channels and repos. Determine the impact of renaming. If the impact is low make the changes.

All of the rocket chat channels have been renamed.
