I don’t think these are for the Enterprise group. We need to enable reissuing, and we can weigh in on the plan, but the actual reissuing needs to be done by the issuers, in conjunction with the delivery team.

This is an Epic-level issue I am using to generate a roadmap-like thing in the Zenhub project. Unfortunately, they get lgged as github issues as well.
