Create a new Cred Def for LSBC after upgrading to 0.10.0, update Verifier Presentation Requests #54

In order to trigger the upgrade to a new Revocation Registry, we have determined that the best approach is to create a new Credential Definition for the Lawyer credential.

We need to determine exactly how to do that. Presumably, we just set the new CredDef Tag in the Controller configuration and restart the agent, but that has to be verified and documented. Then, that needs to be applied to LSBC -- in dev, test and prod.

In concert, the verifiers of the LSBC credential, such as A2A, needs to be updated to accept the new creddef, along with the old one.

From a governance -- there needs to be a way to publish that a new CredDef is being issued. How do verifiers find out about it, and how do they know what to do about that? @3daniel1996

@swcurran, @esune, Is this still the plan following our meeting. I'm not a big fan of creating a new CredDef due to the additional effort, documentation, etc. required.

No. Per the discussion on the call, we are not going to do this, but will instead rotate the RevRegs.
