Decomission digitaltrust-nrm Keycloak realm #77

After https://github.com/bcgov/DITP/issues/76 is complete the digitaltrust-nrm realm is not needed by us any more.

Do whatever is needed to close off that realm. Probably that is just informing the SSO team that we're done with it. Tracking this process in a separate ticket here.

All environments migrated over. Realm can be decommissioned.

I let Zorin know and it can be with the SSO team to take it back. No other action needed from us (unless any approvals or questions from SSO).

Will keep this ticket open until we get an all clear.
