Create a date calculator widget as a web component #1170

Overview A widget for calculating the date should be placed in bottom right of the application. It would like like a chat widget which we see in many apps. It should be possible to hide and show the component. Design needs to be finalized. Advantage of creating it as web component is that, it can be imported in other epic.xxx applications if required.

IMHO We can think of it as a npm package or a library instead of a web component..I think at this point of time , most of the code will be in react and we dont have to worry about compatibility with angular .
