Fix unable to Activate inactivated issue in the workplan #2304

Overview

An error occurs when trying to activate an inactivated issue

Steps to reproduce

Go to workplan Go to Issue tab Edit an issue by clicking the pen icon in the accordion Deactivate the issue and hit save Edit the issue again and activate it

Expectation The issue should be activated

Actual An error happens
