Staff Tab - Active button needs two clicks

Describe the bug When changing a staff member from inactive to active the slider must be pressed twice.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Staff tab
2. Click on an inactive staff member
3. Click the Active slider twice to activate
4. See error

Expected behavior The Active slider should not need two clicks, only one.

Additional context This is only when turning a staff member from INACTIVE to ACTIVE. This Active slider bug only appears on the Staff tab.
