Workplan->Issues-> Inactive Issues do to change back to active #2335

Overview The issue in workplan once becoming inactive throws an error when it wants to be activated again Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to workplan
  2. Go to Issue tab
  3. Add one issue
  4. Edit the newly added issue by clicking the pen icon in the accordion
  5. Deactivate the issue and hit save
  6. Edit the newly added issue by clicking the pen icon in the accordion
  7. Activate the issue and hit save

Expectation The issue should be shown activated

Actual System shows error
