Filters - Right hand filter's dropdown box appears offscreen #2341

Describe the bug "Apply" button not showing due to left-aligned dropdown box.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. With a screen size of 1920x1200, go to My Workplans, All Works, Task Templates, Staff, First Nations, Proponents, Projects
  2. Click on the filter on the furthest right side of the page. Dropdown appears.
  3. Scroll down to save changes in the dropdown.
  4. See error

Expected behavior The dropdown box should be right-aligned to fit within the page.

Additional context Zooming in and out in the browser also impacts the dropdown cutoff bug.
