`openshift-project-tools` should provide a `docker` image to simplify local installation/dependencies as well as docs. #34

Currently there are distinct insrtallation steps for each of Windows, Mac and Linux. Instead, a single docker install/use could be provided, if there were a Dockerfile/image avaialble for the tools, and perhaps accompanying shell script. Usage could be for e.g. $ op-tools genBuilds -e dev
