Sorry for the uninformative branch name!

I'm not sure these changes are 100% needed for the average user. I'm working on a docker image that will run nightly to geocode the new wells for this project and these are the changes I needed to get started.

I'm waiting for my geocoder api key, there might be more edits coming if they are useful.
