Activity API Create (Draft)

• Dynamically builds request based on tables defined on device (with optional field level exclusion)
• JSON output is deterministic (pretty printed and alphabetically sorted)

WIP: right now it sends a predetermined request body to the dev mobile api endpoint, but the code to build the json from device data is there.
