Data dictionary download is not exporting values from entity reference fields #386

Describe the bug

When I download a data dictionary from a node, it is not populating columns that come from a term entity referenced.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to https://dv14.openplus.ca/node/74
  2. Click on Download current data dictionary file to CSV
  3. Download the file
  4. Open in the editor of your choice
  5. see that columns for column_type, instance_of, and metadata_type have no values

This same thing is happening with downloaded excel files.

Expected behaviour

If a field has a value in the data dictionary on the node, I see it in the exported file

tested on dv14 and passed
