The Atlassian team vendor was very expeditious and so this happened ahead of schedule.
Prod homepage and Support link in Documentation now links to JSM: https://fincsp.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/12
Dev and Test point to email address with relevant subject line in order to differentiate where a user is coming from should they seek support; at least for now.
Am currently the Administrator for the Finance Data Catalogue project in JSM along with corp admins. Can configure most aspects.
