network policy `oop-to-msp-service` misconfiguration? #283

Shouldn't the role in the oop-to-msp-service netowrok policy be mspservice?

Currently it's set to oopfrontend.

allow msp service to talk to splunk-forwarder netwrok policy deployed manually and not in the template.
