Problem Description In order to complete #1038, we need to determine:

Who owns FME server
How to get access to FME server
Source code repository for the application that runs on FME server

Solution Needs

All of the above
We cannot pull from Zone 2 into OpenShift, we have to push from Zone 2/S3 bucket.

@jakemorr @LolandaE With Rebecca's help, I've regained access to critical information for this ticket. What I don't have - and don't really know how to get - is the credentials needed to access and view the FME server instance itself. But, with the confluence links, we should be able to figure out who to ask to gain said credentials.

@jakemorr FYI, I learned from FOR yesterday that they have expanded their use of NRIS to include additional enforcement actions (violation tickets, orders, and administrative penalties), and they are interested in seeing those published to NRCED to some extent. I mention that here b/c of course FME server is our window to the FOR NRIS database, so this ticket and subsequent work on FME server-related tickets are going to have even more benefit down the line.

WIP Comment:

Dropping data to S3 via the FME server can be configured in the related links here
Once thats been done, it appears we can extend the functionality in a similar vein to whats shown here

Appears it may take several months for approvals, as seen here
