Determine how finalized reports will be identified in EMLI's NRIS records
Purpose
In order for the NRIS-EMLI importer to pick out only the redacted, finalized inspection reports, there needs to be a way to identify what those are in EMLI's NRIS application.
Acceptance Criteria
There must be a way for an EMLI NRIS user to indicate that a file is ready to be published
The method must be able to be passed from NRIS to NRPTI via the NRIS Web Service application
Additional context
Kyle will work with EMLI Staff on the operationalizing side of things
There may be some value in a dev looking at what metadata we get from NRIS Web Service application, to see if a solution is emergent from that metadata
EMLI would prefer a long term solution that could be done in the NRIS UI without relying on something that creates a dependency on hidden knowledge - but that will take time and money to achieve, and would depend on the third party contractor to do
