As a member of the public / media / researcher, I want to be able to see fine collection information for violation tickets on NRCED so that I can have confidence that government is successfully collecting on those ticket fines.
Additional Context
Based on the data available in COORS through ICBC, we should be able to tell the following stories:
"This ticket was paid on time"
"This ticket was paid on this date"
"This ticket was paid late."
"Payment was received x days after the due date"
"This ticket payment has been overdue since mm/dd/yyyy"
"This ticket is x days overdue"
Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN I am viewing a violation ticket record on NRCED
AND GIVEN fine collection information exists for that record
THEN that fine collection information is displayed to me in a way that clearly tells one or more of the above stories
