ERAA = Energy Resource Activities Act
EMA = Environmental Management Act
Currently, BCER only issues AMPs under ERAA. BCER AMPs under EMA do not exist yet, so there are no records in NRCED/NRPTI. However, BCER is expected to issue EMA AMPs soon.

• (2) GIVEN an AMP is issued by BCER under ERAA
• WHEN I access that record on NRCED
