Can't reset passwords in metabase #1207

Describe the Bug When a user resets their password, the email sends the user a garbage link

Expected Behaviour When a user resets their password, they should get a link that lets them reset their password

Actual Behaviour They receive a garbage link that goes nowhere

Implications If a user loses their password, they no longer have access to the database

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Metabase in dev
  2. Select 'I forgot my password'
  3. Receive bad email

Value of site password got changed in the settings to a garbage string. Metabase updates on Blur so this was either done accidentally, or from an upgrade attempt
