Describe the Bug
As a business user from BC Wildfire Service with the permission admin:wf, I can add (1) administrative penalty and (2) order records via NRPTI to be published on NRCED. However, I cannot edit or (un)publish the records once I add them.
Expected Behaviour
(1) When I add an administrative penalty as admin:wf, I expect to be able to edit the record and (un)publish it after I post it without additional privileges.
(2) When I add an order as admin:wf, I expect to be able to edit the record and (un)publish it after I post it without additional privileges.
Actual Behaviour
(1) When I add an administrative penalty as admin:wf, I cannot edit the record BUT I can (un)publish it.
(2) When I add an order as admin:wf, I cannot edit the record AND I cannot (un)publish it.
Implications
As a business user from BC Wildfire Service, I need the ability to edit and/or (un)publish records once I add them to NRCED via NRPTI. If I do not have edit or publish privileges, then incorrect (etc.) records may be viewed by the public (affecting public confidence) or businesses relying on provided information (affecting service delivery).
Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
In NRPTI, add a record with only admin:wf privileges.
Once a record is added, try to edit or (un)publish it.
See error: No buttons are available (except publishing of administrative penalties after clicking to view the record in NRPTI).
