As an administrator of BC Mining information in public view I want to be able to make updates to my webpage without delay so that information available to the public is up to date and reflective of current state
Additional Context
currently, any changes to BCMI text or otherwise need to be completed by a technical developer
web content is out of date and requires updating, and will require updating frequently in the future
Acceptance Criteria
BCMI web content can be updated by an authorized user who is not a technical developer
Where there is requirement for dynamic page content, that is still displayed
content on the website will show as cohesive
The webpage can be accessed and viewable on common public devices (e.g. mobile)
Note: going live with website changes will be interrupted by interregnum so we will need to build with the possibility of not going live between Sep – Nov.
