Mines Act Permits don't match between BCMI and Core #1270

Describe the Bug Under Authorizations in Mine Details in BCMI, Mines Act permits are being overwritten with a single prefix for all permits

Expected Behaviour Mines Act permits will show the correct prefix based on the type of permit it actually is (e.g. M permit, MX permit, C permit all separate)

Actual Behaviour Mines Act permits are being overwritten with a single prefix for all permits

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to BCMI webpage,
  2. go to a mine detail page
  3. go to Authorizations in Mine Details,
  4. Scroll down to Mines Act permits
  5. See Mines Act Permits have all the same prefix for all permits
  6. Go to Core (production link: https://mds-prod.apps.silver.devops.gov.bc.ca/home/)
  7. Search for the same mine
  8. Click on Permits & Approvals > Permits
  9. See Mines Act Permits - note there is a mix of different permit numbers
  10. Mines Act Permits should match between BCMI and Core
