When the sequence in which content is presented affects its meaning, a correct reading sequence caan be programmatically determined.
The Problem
Application process does not follow logical reading order (reads menu items before pagae content, which contextually may be confusing for users). As well, radial button and check box labels are read twice, identifying the button label and the text to the right of the button as two separate elements.
