User Story **As a Supporting Partner I need context as to what is required of me for input so that I can provide the correct information

Context:

Theses issues were uncovered through accessibility audit via CITZ.
Detailed Spreadsheet for Student s inserted inline and also attached here: 2024_Supporting Information_Audit.xlsx
Labels or instructions are provided when content requires user input.

The Problem

Form fields missing descriptive name.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] on the search for application ensure all form fields provide context as to what they required as input. (application number should be 10 issues.
[ ] Enlarge text for Context above "Student Date of birth" and for context above the other boxes
[ ] Add Required Context for Application Number (e.g Must be 10 digits)
