Content: Institution: Offerings Upload: Add bullets and links Fixes

User story As an institution, I want to use the “Offerings Upload” feature so that I can import many offerings at a time. Depending on my needs, in the ‘How to upload offerings’ section, I want to go directly to the instructions or directly to the template. In the “Additional notes” section, I want to be reminded that a program needs to be created before I can use the “Offerings Upload” feature so that I don’t get any errors when my template is completed correctly.

How to upload offerings list changes

• [ ] Add a new bullet (maintain original bulleted list format) with text to the top of the list "• Review the SIMS bulk offerings upload instructions found on the Student Information Management System (SIMS) Institution Account access page"
• [ ] Use link "https://studentaidbc.ca/sites/all/files/school-officials/bulk-offering-upload-instructions.pdf" to make "SIMS bulk offerings upload instructions" clickable
• [ ] Use link "https://studentaidbc.ca/sims-institution-access" to make "Student Information Management System (SIMS) Institution Account access" clickable

• [ ] Revise bullet "Use the template provided..." to "• Use the SIMS bulk offerings upload template provided on the Student Information Management System (SIMS) Institution Account access page"
• [ ] Use link "https://studentaidbc.ca/sites/all/files/school-officials/bulk-offering-upload-template.xlsx" to make "SIMS bulk offerings upload template" clickable

There is an inconsistency in the text between SIMS "Offerings Upload" and SABC "SIMS Bulk Upload Instructions" site. Maybe SABC site label be changed to "SIMS Bulk Offerings Upload Instructions", "SIMS Bulk Offerings Upload Template"

I've connected with COMMS team to see about update to the SABC website. It is under review.
