User Story As student user, I want to have clearer instructions so that I can provide SABC the information it needs

Acceptance Criteria

Institution selection

[x] Revise text: "The institution I will be attending is" to "Select your institution:"
[x] Revise text: "My institution isn't listed" to "Your institution is not listed."

[x] Revise text: "If your institution is not in the list....." to "If your institution is not designated, please contact your institution and request they apply for designation. To initiate the designation process, please ask your institution to complete the Designation Application. Please note your institution must be designated before you can apply."

Program selection

[x] Revise text: "The program I will be attending:" to "Select your program of study:"
[x] Revise text: "My program is not listed" to "Your program is not listed"

[x] Revise text: "When will you be taking this program?" to "Select your study dates"
[x] Revise text: "My study period isn't listed" to "Your study dates are not listed"

[x] Revise text: "Info!" to "Information required"
[x] Revise text: "We have determined you are special..." to "Please provide information about your program and study dates. This information will be sent to your institution to confirm your program details."
[x] Revise text: "Please provide additional info....." to "Program information"
[x] Remove text: "This information will be sent to your institution to complete so that you can carry on with your application."

[x] Select the checkbox "My study period isn't listed" to produce the content for the following AC's
[x] Revise text: "Info!" to "Information required"
[x] Revise text: "We have determined you are special....." to "Please provide your study start and end date below. This information will be sent to your institution to confirm your program details."

[x] Revise text: "This study end date has past" to "Study period not eligible for funding"
[x] Revise text: "The selected study period has past and...." to "The study period you selected has already concluded and will need additional review from StudentAid BC to be considered for funding. Once you have submitted your application, please use the following link for information on the funding after end date appeal."

[x] Revise tooltip: "A part time program has a course load....." to "A student is considered to be in part-time studies when taking between 20% and 59% of a full-time course load in a course or continuous period of study."

Course information

[x] Revise text: "Please add your courses that you on taking during your study period" to "Please provide information about the courses you will be taking during this study period."
