Student user to navigate to a Contact us tab or phone icon at the bottom of the pages to contact SABC Support #3391

User story As a student user, I want to submit or receive a support request from within the student dashboard, so that the student self service can be further enhanced instead of navigating back to the SABC website.

@astridSABC I like the headset/phone icon imbedded on the pages that shows contact info when hovered on. Are you suggesting both the icon as well as the help info in the left column? Displaying full contact info on every page may need to be run past Service Delivery as they may have opinion on making this so prominent and the impacts on self service.

Suggesting headset/phone icon embedded on the page only. Then if a student gets really stuck they could contact SABC. Furthermore, the "Need help" section that is on the home page is on the footer banner of the application modals (?). Currently, the student has to save what they are doing and go back to the home page to click on the Help centre link.
