Adding question 18/19 from the current part-time application to SIMS.

Acceptance Criteria To the personal information page add the following questions:

• [ ] "Are you currently in default of a Canada Student Loan (full-time or part-time?"

• [ ] Add radio buttons "Yes" and "No"

• [ ] This question is purely informational and should have no impact on the application or assessment

• [ ] "Have you ever declared bankruptcy that included student financial assistance?"

• [ ] Add radio buttons "Yes" and "No"

• [ ] If student answers "No" then no action

• [ ] If student answers "Yes" this will be an exception path question and will trigger an exception
