SIN Validation Request

[x] FIX IN #3841: Invalid header format 0010000000120241023BC. There’s 8 characters, but should be 6 characters only.
- [x] Update batch number to "6" from "8" https://github.com/bcgov/SIMS/blob/main/sources/packages/backend/libs/integrations/src/esdc-integration/sin-validation/sin-validation-files/sin-validation-file-header.ts#L38
[x] Fix e2e tests

Income Verification Request

[x] FIX in HOTFIX 1.14.1 DEPLOY: CCRA request file that is in production does not have the correct header/trailer record – it contains a “BCSLx” identifier – should be “BCSAx” instead.
- [x] Update cra-program-area-code env variable to "BCSA" from "BCSL" - says "BCSL" in federal documentation
[x] Fix to archive file with new expected name

[x] FIX in HOTFIX 1.114.1 DEPLOY: Missing income record from CRA due to invalid program code- investigate if we are inspecting cra-program-area-code in header
[x] Error when archiving file - review archiving rules.
