The Year on Financial Information form/Dependant Information/Partner Information Form in a Change Request submitted by the student is not displayed for Ministry User when they receive and need to review the form.
The Ministry User will not be able to determine what year they are looking at without going back into student application and manually deducting what year they are working with.
Expected Behaviour
As a Ministry User and as a student, when I try to review a Change Request form containing Financial Information, Dependant Information or Partner Information I can see in the questions the Year for which the information was submitted in the form.
Actual Behaviour
As a Ministry User, when I receive a Change Request form containing Financial Information/ Dependant Information/ Partner Information, I do not see the Year for which the information was submitted in the form. This information is missing from all the questions, where a Year is mentioned, for example: "My total income in XXX was" and "If you have had a significant decrease in income for XXX, you may request to be assess using this year's estimated income".
Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Log in as a Student a Submit a Request:
Go to 'Student Portal'
Click on 'Request a Change'
Add Application Number (Application must be in Completed Stage)
Click 'Request a Change to:"
Choose ;Financial Information"
Answer the question "My total income in XXX was"
Answer No to the question "Do you want to be assessed with this year's estimated income"
Answer No to the question "will you have a child age 11 years or under in daycare"
Click 'Submit for review"
Log in as a Ministry User
Go to "Change Request"
Find the app for which you just submitted the Change Request
