User Story

Disbursement Receipts File Integration Scheduler was originally intended for Fulltime only. The requirement now is to allow it for Parttime as well.

Acceptance Criteria

Enable the Disbursement Receipts File Integration Scheduler for Parttime.

Current Behavior

Currently disabled for parttime.

Expected Behavior

Should be enabled for parttime.
