User Story For SIMS development, we are updating the FT assessment incrementally to keep the test version and production files more in-sync.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Update the ft disbursement schedule file: [[to be added closer to Sprint]]
• [ ] Update the ft assessment decision dmn file: [[to be added closer to Sprint]]
• [ ] Update the ft assessment 2024-2025: [[to be added closer to Sprint]]
  • [ ] Copy this same flow for all other FT years
  • [ ] Make sure it generates NOA
  • [ ] Check for any missing variables
  • [ ] It may break any e2e FT tests but they will need to be re-written when closer to a more accurate calculation
