Study Dates and Year disappear at the end of the offering after a submitted requested change is completed #3958

Describe the Bug Study Dates and Year disappear off the end after request a change is submitted requested change is completed

Expected Behaviour Study Dates and Year are still displayed in the offering name after the request a change is submitted

Note: This occurs for any character length offering name

Steps To Reproduce

Precondition: Offerings are created with any character length < = to 100 (e.g 20, 100 (no spaces), 100 (including spaces) with study dates (e.g. Nov 20, 2024 - Feb 21, 2025) and any year (e.g. Year 1)

E.g. PT General 16 wks 40

200 ducks swam through the lake while the smurfs ran around the pond so they could get a better look(100 characters with spaces)

Student has an application with an offering and is enrolled at the institution

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Login to the institution portal
  2. Click location for the student that you want to request a change
  3. Click "Request a change" in the left pane
  4. Click "Request a change" beside the student that you want to request a change
  5. Select the program that has the offering above
  6. Select the offering from the Offering dropdown list
  7. Note the format of the offering name (has the study dates and Year added)
  8. Add a reason for the change
  9. Click "Submit requested change"
  10. Click "In progress" in the request an application change banner details
  11. Click "View"
  12. Scroll to the bottom of the page and note the offering name
