Layout: FT offering that will only have one disbursement includes "Disbursement 2" column #3961

Describe the Bug FT offering that has one disbursement includes "Disbursement 2" column

Expected Behaviour "Disbursement 1" and "Total" column are displayed for FT offerings that will only have 1 disbursement

Actual Behaviour Additional "Disbursement 2" column is displayed

Steps To Reproduce

Precondition FT program with FT offering available that will only have one disbursement (e.g. 16 weeks)

1 Student has applied to the FT offering that will only have one disbursement above and is at assessment status

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Login to the student portal
  2. Click "Applications" link in the top right
  3. Click the "Financial Aid Application" link for the FT application above
  4. Click "View assessment"
  5. Click "View assessment" to view the NOA
  6. Select the "+ Award Breakdown"
  7. Note the columns

NOA in FT hasn't been updated yet to reflect some of the updates we've done on the FT side. @JerPearson Is the FT NOA in your workplan? If you have a ticket already to update the NOA we can probably close this.
