Automated UI Tests - STUDENT

User Story: As a SIMS team, we want to have automated UI smoke tests that run at regular intervals to catch any regression as we implement new releases.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Create automated tests that run every deployment to DEV
• [ ] UI tests using a framework like Cypress which authenticate and record the tests
• [ ] First set of tests:
  • [ ] Login with BCSC
  • [ ] Create profile
  • [ ] SIN not validated
  • [ ] SIN validated
  • [ ] Navigate to assessment
  • [ ] Create application
  • [ ] Submit application
• [ ] student data and app is reseeded each time
