User story: As a student, I get confused if there is an error on the URL route after navigating to the SIMS landing page.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] consider removing authentication check on */student
[ ] update */student/login to redirect to BCSC login (https://id.gov.bc.ca/login/entry#start)

May deprioritize this as it may not be an issue if we create a landing page.
