Reassessment Workflow

Work with Robin to create workflows for Reassessments Scenarios Include:

• [ ] How do we get from Institution OR Student 'Report a Change' to Reassessment
• [ ] How do we get from 'Edit Program / Offering' to Reassessment
• [ ] Any other Priority Scenarios?
• [ ] Determine the Outcome of the Reassessment ( What Happens?) Overaward? Restriction?

This workflow shows the process associated with a student making a request for reassessment. A student might also be reassessed after submitting an Appeal but this is currently a separate workflow.

Jeremy Pearson mentioned limited situations where the reassessment could be pro-rated. From the SABC Policy Manual 21-22: With the exception of the following circumstances, StudentAid BC will not pro-rate the reassessment: • The birth or adoption of dependents; or • The student assumes guardianship (or joint or shared guardianship) of a child or other dependent
