Describe the task

All devs to meet for tech review to assess all the apps and identify how they each deploy.
Decide on a unified approach for all repos and determine the best way to implement (within government standards).

Purpose There are currently many manual steps involved which is challenging. A unified approach will make onboarding easier.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] All applications assessed and identify how they each deploy
[ ] Implementation process identified
[ ] Provide value statements to PO for communication with Service Owners

Additional context

Ensure existing system continues to work until new system is ready to put in place
