Provide credential filtering logic in von-ivy #670

Add two new services to von-ivy (as an extension to the von-x api):

search credentials by "foundation id" - returns a list of credentials for the current org
search credentials filtered by credential type - returns a list filtered based on the set required to support any proof requests for the desired credential type

Implement a "shim" in the credential edit screen to translate a provided "foundation id" to a list of credentials required for the proof request
