Describe the task Deploy text Change to Wally production using Jenkins Pipeline

Purpose updating the email that is contacted when a new user attempts to log in to WALLY

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] change is deployed to WALLY
• [ ] Wally is functional

Additional context

• the Text change was already done by Julian and needs to be deployed from Test to Production
• We should test with Shane Mantle
